This Return / Refund Policy explains how Crictik handles cancellations, replacements, and refund-related requests for digital products sold through the platform.

Nature of products

Crictik primarily intends to sell digital products, including downloadable Match Digest PDF files. Because these are digital goods delivered electronically, they are generally treated differently from physical products for return and refund purposes.

General no-refund rule

As a general rule, purchases of downloadable digital products made on Crictik are non-refundable once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer.

This policy is designed for digital PDF products. Since the purchased content can be consumed immediately after delivery, standard product returns are usually not feasible.

Delivery issues and replacements

If a customer does not receive the purchased Match Digest PDF due to an email delivery issue, broken file, corrupted attachment, or another genuine delivery problem, Crictik may, after verification, provide reasonable support that may include:

  • Resending the purchased Match Digest PDF.
  • Providing an alternative working delivery link or corrected file.
  • In appropriate cases, offering access to the next relevant Match Digest PDF as a goodwill resolution.

Refund consideration

Refunds are ordinarily not offered for successful digital content delivery. However, Crictik may review exceptional cases in its sole discretion where payment is captured but delivery completely fails and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through redelivery or replacement support.

Any such decision will depend on technical verification, transaction status, and available evidence from the user.

Incorrect customer details

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address, phone number, and any other required details at the time of purchase. Crictik is not responsible for failed delivery resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the customer, although reasonable assistance may still be attempted.

Time to report issues

If you face a delivery or file-access issue, you should contact Crictik as soon as reasonably possible from the email used during purchase, with transaction details and a description of the problem, so that support can investigate promptly.
